This cute wrapped gift box with ribbon is a little under 2cm3 big and is hollow to allow for affordable prices even in 18k Gold. You can attach it to a necklace through the ribbon. It comes in 4 possible materials:
18k Gold consists of 75% Gold, 10% Copper, and 15% Silver. The model is first 3D printed in wax, from which a plaster mold is created. Molten Gold is poured into this mold and set to harden. The plaster is broken away, revealing the product. The product is then carefully cleaned and hand-polished to give it the trademark Gold luster.
Sterling Silver (92.5% silver) is a high quality silver alloy. Silver models are fabricated using 3d-printed wax casting molds. Molten silver is poured into this mold and set to harden. Finally, the plaster is broken away, revealing the jewel.
Gold Plated Brass is plated with 14K gold It’s capable of showcasing intricate details and offers a professional, finished look and feel. Gold Plated Brass, electroplated with 0.25 microns, is an economical alternative to solid gold for jewelry and other accessories for occasional wear.
Brass models are fabricated using 3d-printed wax casting molds.Molten brass is poured into this mold and set to harden. The mold is broken away, the product is carefully cleaned and hand polished. Each product goes through two plating steps – first a layer of tin-rhodium is applied to provide strength and durability. Then your gold plating provides the finishing touch.
Polished Gold Steel is 3d printed – special 3D printers deposit small drops of glue onto layers of stainless steel powder, one layer at a time, until the print is complete. The model then goes through an infusion process that replaces the glue with bronze, creating a full metal product. Models are then processed to achieve your desired finish, polished, sprayed with a sealant, and shipped to you.
